  • Warranty term?
    European legislation provides a number of guarantees for consumers buying products in a Member State. In this way, the seller is obliged to repair, replace or provide a discount or refund for the product purchased. In addition, the legal warranty of the products within the Spanish state is 3 years.
  • Who is in charge of installing the materials?
    Mobility By Cycling Friendly does not install mobility materials. The installation is outsourced to its network of installers spread across the national territory and experienced in the installation of these materials. In addition, Mobility by Cycling Friendly sends a manual to its customers when the installation is simple.
  • Delivery terms?
    It is a question closely related to the prices of mobility solutions. According to the company policy, an order will be launched when the first part of the payment is made, later the customer will be informed about the delivery term. Deliveries take place on average 8 to 10 weeks after order confirmation.
  • What is the cost of each material?
    Each PVP of a material solution has a different price, in addition to the fact that prices are currently quite volatile due to the rise in raw material and transportation costs.
